Pre Orders will not be accepted. Commissions are accepted when the commission slots are open only.

Payments accepted in USD only. (United States Dollars)

Payments must be received by the due date listed on the invoice.

Complex details, supplementary design work, and extra revisions may incur extra cost.

I only work weekdays and will respond to emails/DMs during those times.

Commission will not be started nor received by the commissioner until payment is paid in full.

Any bases, YCHs, or adopts will not be adjusted at the commissioner’s request unless listed otherwise.

You may use commissioned works for personal use, including but not limited to desktop backgrounds, display at home, or for display in online galleries (preferably with credit and/or a link back), etc.

Commissions are not to be altered in any way without permission by the artist.

You may not use commissioned works for profit, including but not limited to advertisements, promotional media, merch, etc.

You retain the rights to all your own intellectual property in commissioned works.

I retain the rights to reproduce, distribute, and display all commissioned works.

I retain the rights to the artwork itself.

I retain the right to terminate a commission at any time.

If by streammission, information is to be submitted either by FA Notes or Email.

New orders will not be accepted until previous commissions have been paid in full.

Please make sure to have all your information gathered up in your commission form/FA note/email.

While in the sketch phase of your commission, I allow major revisions (whole characters, scenery, etc.)

After approving the sketch, only minor revisions (Colors, lighting, etc.) can be made.

If it must be changed after approval, I will charge a 10% fee of the commission price per change. You had your chance after all.

If given Artistic Freedom for the commission, and wish for it to be completely changed, I will charge for the difference of editing.

If work on the commission has not started and the commission is canceled, a full refund will be issued.

If work has begun or there is a breach of this agreement, any payment made to date will be considered liquidated damages to offset cost of the time, and materials used toward the completion of the commission.

Once the commission is completed, no partial or full refunds will be made.
